The Hearings began on Monday and the vote to confirm her is scheduled to occur two weeks from now. Barrett has faced criticism from Democrats on her stances on a number of issues including Abortion and Health Care . Despite the Opposition from the Democrats, Barrett is expected to have the votes necessary to confirm her nomination.  French President Emmanuel Macron has re imposed a curfew in nine Cities, including Paris, beginning Saturday and will be in effect for a total four weeks. The news comes as an investigation into the President’s Finances continues. The tax returns reportedly showed the President only paid $750 in Income Taxes between 2000 and 2016, as well as in 2017. The times also claims the President had not paid any income tax for 10 out of the last 15 years, and that he had even had his hairstylist written off as a business expense, as well as being guaranteed $400 Million in loans from the German Deutsche Bank, and receiving a $2 Million payment from a Russian Oligarch after the Miss Universe Pageant was held in Moscow in 2013.
