Officials say the incident occurred at about 9:30 PM Local time, when a small SUV drove up, rolled down its windows, and started shooting near some food vendors .Those injured include three children and a one year old who remains in critical condition.  The suspect has yet to be identified, and authorities are still investigating the incident. Officials in Armenia have accused Azerbaijan of breaking a newly imposed ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh region which has been claimed by both countries. The Hearings began on Monday and the vote to confirm her is scheduled to occur two weeks from now. Barrett has faced criticism from Democrats on her stances on a number of issues including Abortion and Health Care . Despite the Opposition from the Democrats, Barrett is expected to have the votes necessary to confirm her nomination.  French President Emmanuel Macron has re imposed a curfew in nine Cities, including Paris, beginning Saturday and will be in effect for a total four weeks.
